The accident took place on Ajmiriganj-Shibpasha road in Shibpasha union of the upazila at 11 o&#8217;clock on Sunday, said OC ABM Maidul Hashan of Ajmiriganj police station.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The deceased Maqbul Hasan (35) is the son of freedom fighter Jalal Miar (Mankush), a resident of Nayanagar (Natunbari) in the capital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quoting locals, the OC said, \u201cMaqbool used to run his family by selling pickles. In the morning, he left for Habiganj to sell pickles in a battery-powered auto-rickshaw. \u201cHe was seriously injured in a head-on collision with a CNG-powered autorickshaw coming from the opposite direction. &#8221;<br \/>\nLater, the locals rescued him and took him to the Upazila Health Complex, where the doctors declared him dead.
