The National Citizen Party (NCP) held an exchange of views with eight ambassadors of the European Union. Jatiya Nagorik Party convener Nahid Islam and party’s senior joint member secretary Dr. Tasnim Zara participated in the exchange of views on behalf of the party.<\/p>\n
The exchange of views was held on Tuesday. ‘European Union in Bangladesh’ reported about the meeting in a post on their Facebook page. NCP senior joint member secretary Dr. Tasnim Zara shared the post and wrote – she feels honored to join the meeting.<\/p>\n
Dr. Tasnim Zara wrote, I am honored to join our convener Nahid Islam in an open exchange of views with the ambassadors and representatives of the European Union and eight member states – Spain, France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway.<\/p>\n
The post on the European Union’s Facebook page, Verify, reads, “Today’s exchange of views took place with the newly formed National Citizens Party. The NCP’s vision and priorities were discussed, as well as the EU’s support for Bangladesh’s democratic transition.”<\/p>\n
