Acting Chairman of BNP Tariq Rahman commented that there is still a conspiracy going on in the country and some political parties have stepped into the trap of neighboring countries.

He made this comment in the speech of the chief guest at a public meeting at Kalaroa football ground in Satkhira at 5 pm today Sunday. The meeting was organized by Kalaroa Upazila and Municipal BNP.

Tariq Rahman said, the movement is not over yet. The BNP will continue the movement as long as it takes to establish a people’s government. The conspiracy still continues. In the meantime, it appears that some political parties have stepped into the trap of neighboring countries. They have been going back and forth for quite some time.

Acting chairman of BNP said that BNP does politics for the development of the country. Area-based development should be used to preserve Satkhira clay tiles, industrial factories, Munshiganj tourist center, strong embankments in coastal areas, shrimp industry and Satkhira mangoes. And for this we need people’s government.

He said that Martyr President Ziaur Rahman dug canals to improve the fortunes of farmers during his tenure. Once the people’s government is established, the canal digging project will be launched again for the people. So that the farmers can irrigate the crops during the dry season with water from the canal.
