BNP’s senior joint secretary general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi said the state reform was not possible by keeping the Awami League government’s allies in the administration. He made the remarks at a meeting held on Saturday (September 27th) at a meeting of Shahid Jahiduzzaman Tanvir, who was shot dead by police in the anti -discrimination student movement in the south of the capital.

Rizvi said, “Fascist Hasina’s government has taken away the lives of about 2,000 people across the country in the July-August movement. The Awami League allies are still in the administration. Therefore, the senior leader of the BNP has demanded the interim government to remove the government from the government of the fascist government. He also claimed that no reform of the state could be possible without the trial of the killers.

Referring to Bangladesh’s relations with neighboring India, Ruhul Kabir Rizvi said that the independence, sovereignty of Bangladesh should be honored as friends, excluding the nature of dominance. If India kills the people of Bangladesh, we also have the right to talk about Delhi.

Claiming that the day of bowing down to India, Rizvi said, “The people of Bangladesh will never be bowed down. Rizvi also urged the interim government to hold free, fair and neutral elections in the country after the necessary reforms.
