Complaints have been filed in the International Criminal Tribunal in the name of 42 people including former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, her son Sajib Wazed Joy, former Home Minister Asaduzzaman Kamal. A businessman named Humayun Kabir made this complaint.
He submitted the complaint to the prosecution office on Monday (October 21).
Besides, former Inspector General of Police Benazir Ahmed, former DMP Commissioner Asaduzzaman Mia and other senior officials of law enforcement are on the accused list.
Later, Humayun Kabir said that on October 27, 2018, he was picked up and kept in a ‘mirror room’ for 11 days. During this time, he was tortured by electric shock, hands and feet, blindfolded and hung upside down.
