Bangladesh-China relations have reached a new height, said Md. Touhid Hossain, Foreign Affairs Advisor to the interim government. He also said that the relations between the two countries have been built on mutual respect and confidence.
He said these things at a seminar at North-South University on Friday morning.
Touhid Hossain said that the only solution is to send the Rohingyas back to Myanmar. Bangladesh expects a more sincere and active role from China in this matter.
At that time, Chinese Ambassador Yao Wen said that China was by Bangladesh’s side in all crises. Officials of Chinese companies did not leave the country even during Covid or the July Movement. All projects were completed on time.
