Ratan Moni Mohant alias Bangi Mohant, the godfather of the fake fraud-smuggling ring, has changed the category of cremation land and handed over a document worth about 1.5 crore taka. That too in the name of his own wife Alek Rani Mohant.

The investigation shows that he has handed over this land to his wife by changing the category of five hundred and twenty-five points in two separate documents and defrauding the government of lakhs of taka by cheating. The document numbers are 7212/03 and 8281/2003. 00425 acres in document 7212 and 0,0100 acres in document 8281. JL No. 96 of Devpur Mouza is located in printed Khatian No. 860, under Namjari Khatian No. 2154, Md. Survey Dag No. 2671.

Meanwhile, sensational information has come out in the current print pamphlet. Instead of five hundred and twenty-five points of land, 10 hundred land has been mentioned in that pamphlet by coincidence. Current dags No. 7327 and 7660. Land like houses and villas has been shown there. The crematorium site has first been shown as a fallow land and then as houses and villas. The market value of which will be at least about one and a half crore taka.

Paper research shows that the correct information has been hidden in this print pamphlet in the name of Alek Rani Mohant. It mentions Jung-Ratan Moni Mohant, Dong-Alek Rani Mohant, Sang-Debpur Lamapara, Uttara A/A-233. There, Lamapara is mentioned instead of Nathpara village.

In addition, the transfer of land from multiple documents was made to Alek Rani, the recipient of the document, without following the proper legal rules and regulations. In this way, he resorted to forgery and fraud and became the owner of crores of rupees in a short time.
