Two more special assistants to the chief advisor appointed

Two more special assistants to the chief advisor of the interim government, Dr. Muhammad Yunus, have been appointed.

A notification was issued by the Cabinet Division on Wednesday (March 5) appointing Sheikh Moinuddin and Faiz Ahmed Tayyab as special assistants to the chief advisor.

To assist the advisors, Sheikh Moinuddin has been given the executive power of the Ministry of Road Transport and Bridges and Faiz Ahmed Tayyab has been given the executive power of the Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology. While in the post of special assistant, they will receive the rank of a state minister, salary and allowances and other benefits.

Earlier, three special assistants to the chief advisor, who were appointed at the rank of state minister, have been given the responsibility of three ministries. In this regard, five special assistants to the chief advisor are in charge of five ministries at the rank of state minister.
