Iftar and dinner at the military platform in honor of the students injured in the July Uprising

An iftar and dinner was organized at the military platform of the Dhaka Cantonment on Sunday evening in honor of the students injured in the July Uprising. During this, Army Chief General Waqar-uz-Zaman exchanged greetings with the students injured in the July Uprising and inquired about their welfare.
The students injured in the July Uprising, senior army officers, prominent figures from the civilian sector and directors of various government hospitals participated in the iftar and dinner. In addition, at the end of the program, Eid gifts were handed over to them by the Bangladesh Army.

It is worth noting that 4215 people injured in the July Uprising have been provided medical services in various Combined Military Hospitals (CMH) of the country so far and 989 of them have undergone successful surgeries. Currently, 39 people are undergoing treatment at CMH. -ISPR
