Home Affairs Adviser Lt. Gen. (Retd.) Md. has instructed the relevant authorities to take measures to prevent the killing of Bangladeshis at the border in the future. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury.

The adviser said this in response to questions from journalists after the meeting on Durga Puja law and order at the secretariat on Tuesday (September 10).

Md. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury said, “There has been a little discussion here about border killing (killing at the border). Therefore, I will only say that I have ordered the concerned authority to take measures to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. I hope that such incidents will not happen in the future.

He said, “I request you to help me so that such incidents do not happen in the future.”

“Another problem arises during the puja, as our people go back and forth, people from the other side go to see the puja, and people from the other side come to see the puja,” said the Home Affairs Adviser. I have requested everyone here, this time you have a good pujamandap in the border belt. So that our people do not go beyond to see the puja. People from the other side should not come to the other side, to take measures for this.’
