11 officers of Bangladesh Police have been transferred and promoted. This instruction was given in a notification issued by the Police-1 branch of the Public Security Department of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
According to the new order, among the transferred officers are Md. Kamrul Islam, Md. Hasanuzzaman Molya, Md. Rahmat Ullah Chowdhury, Md. Sakibul Islam Khan, Md. Shafiqur Rahman, Md. Shariful Alam, Md. Moniruzzaman, Rajeev Das, Mohammad Nurul Amin, Mohammad Fakhruzzaman Jewel, and Md. Tariqur Rahman. All of them have been promoted to the post of Supernumerary Superintendents of Police.
It is mentioned in the notification, Md. Kamrul Islam has been promoted from Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (DMP, Dhaka) to Supernumerary Superintendent of Police. Similarly, Md. Hasanuzzaman Molyake Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (DMP, Dhaka), Md. Rahmat Ullah Chowdhury as Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (DMP, Dhaka), and Md. Sakibul Islam Khan has also been promoted to the post of Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (DMP, Dhaka).
In addition, Md. Shafiqur Rahman, Md. Shariful Alam, Md. Moniruzzaman, Rajiv Das, Mohammad Nurul Amin, Mohammad Fakhruzzaman Jewel and Md. Tariqur Rahman has been promoted from the post of Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police to the post of Supernumerary Superintendent of Police in Dhaka Metropolitan Police.
