It has been decided to send the judges on leave who have been accused of corruption and working as allies of the fascist Hasina government. The Chief Justice informed them about this decision.

Several judges of the Supreme Court confirmed this information on Wednesday (October 16) afternoon.

The students of anti-discrimination student movement said that they will stay in the High Court until the partisan and corrupt judges are removed. The agitating students have given the High Court till 2 o’clock to demand the resignation of the Awami fascist judges and ban the Chhatra League.

On Wednesday (October 16) around 12:30 noon, the students took a position in the Supreme Court premises. At this time they said ‘Besieged, besieged, besieged, the High Court will be besieged’, ‘I have given blood – I will give more blood’, ‘In the flood of blood – injustice will be swept away’, ‘The hideout of fascism – tear it down, crush it’, ‘Hanging, hanging, wanting to hang – murderers’. He started chanting slogans like Hasina’s hanging.

The students said that the judges who ruled against the quota reform are still in the High Court. If they are not removed, the blood of all the martyrs, including Abu Saeed, Muchad, will be dishonored.

They said that those who had ruled against the caretaker government to conduct unilateral elections, also remained in the High Court. They also said that they will stay in the High Court until all these corrupt and party-possessed judges are removed.
