Information and Broadcasting Adviser. Nahid Islam said, Awami League will never be able to return to politics in Bangladesh with the ideology and the process of politics. If the Awami League comes to power again, it will involve cheating the martyrs of the popular uprising. Of course we don’t let that happen in our lives.

He said these things in a discussion meeting at Zaheer Raihan Auditorium of Jahangirnagar University on Wednesday (October 23) evening. The anti-discrimination student movement Zabi Branch organized the discussion on the topic of ‘Government, Expectations and Achievements of People’s Uprising’.

Nahid Islam said, Sheikh Hasina did not resign systematically, it is clear to all of us. He has fallen, he has been deposed. He was ousted by the students of Bangladesh. There is no room for doubt whether the Awami League, which has been ousted from power, will have the right to do politics. If we say Awami League is a fascist party, then how can a fascist party do politics in a democratic structure?
