The way to overcome corruption and fascism is to establish democracy. The rule of the people will be fully established, said BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir.
He said these things at a winter clothing distribution program organized by the district BNP at the Thakurgaon Press Club premises at 11:30 am on Tuesday (December 24).
Mirza Fakhrul said, I do not know of any other way besides the people’s parliament, the people’s elected parliament.
In response to a question about Awami League leaders and activists in different districts joining BNP, he said that he did not know. However, the BNP Secretary General said, there is no opportunity for those involved in genocide and terrorist acts to join BNP.
Leaders and activists of different levels of district and upazila BNP were present at the time.
