Election Commissioner (EC) Brigadier General Abul Fazal Md. Sanaullah (retd.) said that the main goal of the current commission is to prepare a beautiful, accurate and updated voter list and make the next election free, fair and impartial.
He said that the list should not only be updated by sitting at the designated place, but also by going door to door to fill in the forms of voters. It is necessary to pay attention to ensure that no one eligible to be a voter, especially women and the young generation, is left out of the list. Trying to become a voter in multiple places by hiding information is a crime. In this era of information technology, it is not possible to become a voter by hiding information.
