Chief Advisor to the interim government, Professor Muhammad Yunus, has returned home after attending the World Economic Forum annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland.
The flight carrying the Chief Advisor and his entourage landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka at 5:07 pm on Saturday. Chief Advisor’s Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam confirmed this information to BSS.
Earlier, a commercial flight of Emirates Airlines carrying the Chief Advisor and his entourage left Zurich International Airport at 9:50 pm local time on Friday, Switzerland.
During the four-day Davos visit, the Chief Advisor, besides attending the World Economic Forum meeting, held meetings with heads of state and government of several countries, the UN Secretary-General, heads of various UN agencies and CEOs of several international corporate organizations.
