BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia has told party leaders, ‘Everyone must be united to establish democracy in the future. Everyone must establish the right to vote.’ She made these remarks while virtually joining a greeting exchange program with senior party leaders on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr and Independence Day at the BNP Chairperson’s political office in Gulshan at 9 pm on Monday, Eid. Party Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman was also present at the program.

Khaleda Zia said, ‘We must cooperate with each other. Everyone must establish the right to vote.’ In the beginning, BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir congratulated the party’s acting chairman in his welcome speech. Then, the acting chairman wished everyone a happy Eid and requested party Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia to deliver a speech. Addressing everyone, the BNP Chairperson said, “Your sacrifices and struggles have not gone in vain and will not go in vain. We must establish the voting rights of the countrymen together.”

She extended Eid greetings to the countrymen. She became emotional after seeing everyone like this after a long time. At this time, she sought the prayers of the countrymen and the help of Allah in her future journey.
