Polytechnic Institute students, who are protesting for their six-point demands, have announced a new program. They will hold a peaceful program simultaneously from 11:30 am on Saturday at all polytechnic institutes across the country.
In the new program, the main gate of each polytechnic institute will be covered with red cloth for an indefinite period to protest the attack on students in Comilla and the failure to ensure the rights of technical students.
The students of the Polytechnic Institute gave this information in a press release sent to journalists on Friday night.
It was informed that in order to destroy the discrimination in the technical sector and implement the six-point demands, the students will hold a human chain on both sides of the highway or at important places without causing public suffering and will hold a program to attract the attention of the concerned authorities and the government by holding placards.
