Principal Advisor Dr. Muhammad Yunus said in a message on the occasion of ‘Shubh Janmashtami’ that the interim government formed through the historic mass uprising of students, workers and the public is committed to keeping this bond of harmony intact.

He said all these things in a message on the occasion of Shubh Janmashtami on Friday. At this time, the Chief Advisor extended his heartfelt greetings and congratulations to all the followers of the traditional religion of the country on the occasion of ‘Shubh Janmashtami’.

He said that everyone should be vigilant so that no one can destroy the existing order, brotherhood and communal harmony in the society.

The Chief Advisor said that ‘Shubh Janmashtami’, the birth anniversary of the incarnation of God, Shri Krishna, is one of the main religious festivals of the Hindu community. To establish equality and peace in the society, Shri Krishna has preached the message of justice, humanity and peace throughout his life. Wherever Shri Krishna saw injustice and injustice, he appeared there to protect the good forces from the hands of evil forces.

He said, communal harmony is a unique feature of our culture. Since time immemorial, the people of this country have been practicing their respective religions while maintaining communal harmony.

Stating that the ideals and teachings of Shri Krishna will further strengthen the bond of mutual harmony and brotherhood, he called for the joint efforts of everyone to build a new Bangladesh free from discrimination, full of communal harmony.
