BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman said that BNP wants to build a corruption-free and drug-free country with employment for the unemployed to solve the unemployment problem.

He said this at an election rally at Mymensingh Circuit House ground around 4 pm on Tuesday (January 27).

The BNP Chairman said that BNP has experience in maintaining the security of the people of the country and the law and order situation in the country. If everyone is united, the country will move forward and good governance will be established.

He said that if BNP comes to power, it will improve the medical system. Arrangements will be made so that women, men, and children get medical services at home.

Tarique Rahman reached Mymensingh by road at noon as part of the election campaign across the country. He is accompanied by his wife Zubaida Rahman. Through this, he visited Mymensingh after a long 22 years since 2003.

Around the rally, leaders and supporters from various wards of Mymensingh North and South districts and the metropolis brought processions to the rally. Apart from this, party leaders and activists came by bus from Jamalpur, Netrokona and Sherpur. After 2:30 pm, the Circuit House ground was filled to the brim.

Candidates from 24 constituencies of Mymensingh division were present at the rally. They are – Syed Emran Saleh Prince of Mymensingh-1 constituency, Motahar Hossain Talukder of Mymensingh-2 constituency, M Iqbal Hossain of Mymensingh-3 constituency, Abu Wahab Akand Wahid of Mymensingh-4 constituency, Mohammad Zakir Hossain of Mymensingh-5 constituency, Akhtarul Alam of Mymensingh-6 constituency, Mahabubur Rahman of Mymensingh-7 constituency, Lutfullahel Majed of Mymensingh-8 constituency, Yaser Khan Chowdhury of Mymensingh-9 constituency, Mohammad Akhtaruzzaman of Mymensingh-10 constituency and Fakhr Uddin Ahmed of Mymensingh-11 constituency.

The candidates from Jamalpur are M Rashiduzzaman Millat from Jamalpur-1, AE Sultan Mahmud Babu from Jamalpur-2, Mostafizur Rahman Babul from Jamalpur-3, Faridul Kabir Talukder from Jamalpur-4 and Shah Md. Wares Ali Mamun from Jamalpur-5.

The candidates from Netrokona are Kaiser Kamal from Netrokona-1, Anwarul Haque from Netrokona-2, Rafiqul Islam Hilali from Netrokona-3, Lutfuzzaman Babar from Netrokona-4 and Abu Taher Talukder from Netrokona-5.

The candidates from Sherpur are Sansila Zebrin Priyanka from Sherpur-1, Mohammad Fahim Chowdhury from Sherpur-2 and Mahmudul Haque Rubel from Sherpur-3.
