Former Member of Parliament of Feni-2 Constituency accused of acquiring illegal wealth through various irregularities and corruption. The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has decided to investigate Nizam Hazari and former army chief General Aziz Ahmed.

According to Duduk sources, the former Member of Parliament of Feni-2 Constituency. ACC has obtained the information of crores of rupees in the name of Nizam Hazari in the name of himself, his wife and family through various corruption and immoral activities including various irregularities and corruptions against Nizam Hazari. The intelligence unit of the ACC has received information about his illegal assets in the country and abroad.
Also, construction of Alishan bungalow by investing Tk 100 crores in purchase of houses and flats in different places including the capital through various corruption and immoral activities including abuse of power against former army chief General Aziz Ahmed.
He has a house named Aziz Residence (House No. RCR9+F5P) on Nikunj-1 Road No. 6, Dhaka. His younger brother, Tofail, has purchased houses and hundreds of bighas of land in different parts of Dhaka in the name of Tofail Ahmed and Joseph.
In addition, the commission has decided to conduct an open inquiry as the information on illegal assets in its country and abroad was initially found to be correct in the intelligence investigation.
