Interim Government Chief Advisor Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus paid tribute to the martyred members of the armed forces who sacrificed their lives in the freedom struggle.

Chief Adviser Shikha arrived at Anirban and was welcomed by Army Chief General Waqar-Uz-Zaman, Navy Chief Admiral M Nazmul Hasan, Air Force Chief Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmood Khan and Armed Forces Principal Staff Officer Lt General SM Kamrul Hasan.

After laying wreath Hon’ble Chief Adviser Shikha Anirban signed the inspection book kept with his comments.

After placing a wreath at Shikha Anirban, the Chief Adviser celebrated his first working day at his own office in the Armed Forces Department. On his arrival at the Armed Forces Department, the Chief Adviser was received by the Principal Staff Officers and Directors General of the Armed Forces Department. After that, the Chiefs of Army, Navy and Air Force paid a courtesy call on the Chief Adviser at his office. Lieutenant General (retd) Abdul Hafiz, Special Assistant to the Chief Adviser on Defense and National Integration Development was present.
