In the face of the students’ movement, the dictatorship Sheikh Hasina has not retreated after the fall of the government and leaving the country. In the context of the Awami misrule against all the students, politicians and people at that time, the current Dr. Yunus government is working to prevent its remedy. However, the current government is giving the most importance to the issue of student harassment. Because the Awami League government has started to bring forward the fact that all the students who were harassed in false lawsuits in a conspiratorial manner during their power. Because in the past 15 years countless students have been victims of false cases. Many students have left the country fearing lawsuits and attacks. Instead of continuing their education, those abused students were placed in jail. Such serious information was found in the search.

It is known that a student was harassed in Sylhet by framing him in a false conspiracy case. Later, there was an uproar in the local community about the matter. He was accused in several cases of absenteeism. On 10/02/2020, the alleged Awami group filed a case against the student at the Sylhet Sadar Katwali police station, accusing him of beating and burning the car. Which case no-13/2020. Earlier, another case was filed in the police station in a different manner. Which case no-40/2020. Later, he got bail from the court but chased these lawsuits. Due to this, the future of that student was plunged into darkness.

It is mysterious but true that after reviewing several cases, it can be seen that Noble Ahmad, son of Abdul Khalik of Khadimpur village of Osmaninagar police station of Sylhet district, was the main accused and ten other people were named exactly the same. In addition, the incident site has been shown on the side of the main road outside Shahjalal City College in the area adjacent to Katwali police station. The statement of the case has been changed only in name. In one case summary of offences-124A/143/147/148/341/323/427 of Penal Code, 1860 and in other Penal Code, 143/447/323/324/307/34 have been attached. Among them, Abdul Barik, son of Asadur Rahman of Shahjalal suburb area of Sylhet metropolis, is the plaintiff, but in another case, SI Arafat Hossain of Katwali police station on the state side filed the case as the plaintiff himself. But regrettably, the cases are ignored without careful investigation for the purpose of harassment by showing the time and place of the incident only ten minutes apart. Currently, Nobel is living a non-human life in exile.

On the one hand, his family’s financial hardship, on the other hand, he stopped his studies and took refuge abroad. The authenticity of this has been confirmed by elder brother Jubel Ahmed. He told the reporter in a tearful voice that they were forced to abandon his studies and leave the country for fear of Awami League misrule and to save the life of his younger brother. He said their dream was that his brother would study and become a human being, be engaged in the welfare of the country, but due to Awami’s misrule, it did not happen. He said at the time, his life was prematurely stormed. He claims that his brother is living an inhumane life in exile. He also said that the higher officials of the administration were sought to exonerate him from this conspiratorial and fabricated case, but no action was taken. The current Dr. Yunus sought the justice of Nikath Sarkar.

When I contacted the officer-in-charge of the Katwali Police Station on the phone, he said that the matter was a year or two ago, so he cut off the connection as he did not remember it. After calling several times, his mobile phone was not received.
