The UAE’s long-closed visit visas will be opened in mid-January and February, said UAE Ambassador to Bangladesh Abdullah Ali Abdullah Khasif Al Hamudi. He said that the UAE’s visit visas will be opened for Bangladeshis between January and February.

He said this at a reception given to the recently elected ambassador of the Bangladesh government and journalist Mushfiqul Fazal Ansari at the Bangladesh Community initiative at the Dubai Millennium Downtown Hotel on Monday (December 23) night.

The event, chaired by Engineer Moazzem Hossain and jointly hosted by Mamunur Rashid and Md. Shahed Ahmed Russell, was the main speaker at the event.

The special guest speeches were delivered by Ashfaq Hossain, Head of the Embassy of the Bangladesh Consulate, Dr. Reza Khan, UAE BNP’s first joint convener Engineer Mohammad Salauddin, Mohammad Yakub Sainik, Engineer Abdus Salam Khan, Mohammad Raja Mallick, Shibli Sadiq, etc.

At this time, the UAE ambassador to Bangladesh urged visa seekers to be patient.
UAE ambassador Al Hamudi also said that visas to the UAE are currently closed for many countries, including Bangladesh. A few years ago, where the number of Bangladeshis in the UAE was only between seven and eight lakhs, the number of Bangladeshis has now exceeded 1.2 lakh. Which is the highest compared to other countries.

The chief guest of the event, the elected ambassador of the Bangladesh government, Mushfiqul Fazal Ansari, said that some expatriates, unable to bear the death of their brothers, children and genocide in the July Revolution, protested in the UAE despite knowing that they would suffer. I do not know how to pay tribute to their sacrifice. However, we must remember that we must abide by the laws of the country in which we are located.

He said that today they are in crisis due to losing their jobs. I hope the government will take measures to resolve their crisis.

Mushfiqul Fazal Ansari also said, Dr. Yunus is such a person, the respect and respect of people all over the world is skyrocketing. No head of state in the world can refuse his request. Even the head of state of the Emirates could not refuse his request.

The people of Bangladesh will be forever grateful to the head of state of the Emirates for this. Visa complications with the Emirates will soon be resolved. There is no possibility of any rift in the strong friendship we have with this country.
