Bangladesh Human Rights Implementation Foundation (BMBF) Sylhet Divisional Representative and Divisional General Secretary Manoranjan Talukder said that human rights are the birthright of every human being. Human rights are essential for human survival and for maintaining one’s existence as a social being. Proper application of existing law and creation of public awareness are necessary to establish human rights. He called on everyone to engage in all-out efforts in the movement to establish human rights.

He said these words as the chief guest in the introduction and monthly meeting of the Bangladesh Human Rights Implementation Foundation Sylhet district branch at Nazrul Academy in Zindabazar of the city on Tuesday (May 6) afternoon.

Ashrafur Rahman Chowdhury, President of the Human Rights Implementation Foundation Sylhet district, presided over the meeting. He emphasized on being aware of one’s own rights and the commitment to protect the rights of others.
