Actress Humaira Nusrat Himu (38) committed suicide. Her alleged boyfriend Mohammad Ziauddin alias Rufi (36) was behind the suicide of the actress. He has been accused in the charge sheet filed in the Dhaka Chief Metropolitan Magistrate’s Court. Uttara West police station SI Sabbir Hossain filed the charge sheet.
The charge sheet was filed in the court on September 9, but it came to light on Wednesday (September 11). On Monday (September 9), SI Sabbir Hossain of Uttara Paschim police station filed the charge sheet in Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Nurul Hudar court. Himu’s “friend” Ziauddin Rufi was accused in this. Actress Humaira Himu committed suicide in conflict with him.
It is said in the charge sheet that small screen actress Humaira Himu lived in Sector 10 of Uttara Paschim Police Station of the capital. The two decade long career had many ups and downs. Even after getting married, the family was not settled. At one point she got separated from her husband.
Himu’s close, alleged lover or boyfriend was a man named Mohammad Ziauddin alias Rufi (36). Rufi used to visit Himu’s house regularly since six months before the suicide.
It is known that he used to stay at night in that house. At one stage of their relationship, Himu blocked her boyfriend Rufi’s mobile phone number and Bigo ID. Arguments and defilements are created between them.
Rufi induces the victim Himu to commit suicide. Later, out of anger and shame, Himu entered the bathroom on November 2 last year and committed suicide by hanging himself.
In this incident, on the night of November 2, her uncle Nahid Akhter filed a case in Uttara Paschim police station as a plaintiff on the charge of inciting Himu to commit suicide. Humaira Himu came into acting in 2006 through stage plays. He acted for the first time in the drama ‘Chayabeethi’ on television. In the same year, he acted in a TV serial called ‘Private Investigator’.
Then he became popular by acting in many dramas including ‘Bari Bari Sari Sari’, ‘Housefull’, ‘Gulshan Avenue’. Apart from this, Humaira Himu has acted in dramas like ‘Chapabaaz’, ‘Bakarkhani’, ‘Wife Dispute’, ‘Golmaal’, ‘Nanaan Rangan Manoos’ and ‘Guinness Book Name’.
