Dhaka//
Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, Senior Joint Secretary General of BNP said, due to the anti-people policies of the dummy government, the price of fuel oil has increased, the price of water has increased, the price of electricity has increased, the prices of all things have increased abnormally. He said that electricity only goes to the village, it does not come, there is no address when it comes. Many of those who went to the village Eid came and said that they do not even get the power backup required by IPS. Power comes on and off for 15/20 minutes. After 2/3 hours power comes for half an hour and then no trace. You have seen that people could not cook in Dhaka due to lack of gas this Eid. Home to home meat has been spoiled due to lack of electricity and gas. The fridge doesn’t work for electricity, the fire doesn’t burn for gas. The proud prime minister talks about his development, that development is like paper joined together with spit, just like Sheikh Hasina’s development. Due to which the development of Sheikh Hasina has fallen.
Rizvi said these things in the speech of the chief guest after the protest march organized by BNP and its affiliated organizations against the unconditional release of BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia and the increase in gas, electricity and water prices. The protest march led by Ruhul Kabir Rizvi started from Nayapaltan and ended at Nayapaltan via Night Angle Junction. Leaders and activists chanted slogans saying why my mother is in jail, Sheikh Hasina wants an answer, beware of Russia’s Indian brokers, Sheikh Hasina wants an answer why gas prices have increased, Sheikh Hasina wants an answer why oil prices have increased, Sheikh Hasina wants an answer why water prices have increased.
Rizvi Ahmed also said that the price of water has been increased by 7% despite the consumption of so much rotten water. Addressing the party leaders present, Rizvi said that the voice raised today is justified. This is the demand of the people. We stand for the people, we stand for justice, we stand for free speech. Which Sheikh Hasina took away. We call on you to take to the streets more forcefully. We may be shot, missing and crossfired, but our march will not stop until Sheikh Hasina’s throne is overthrown in the streets.
