Bangladesh is a shining example of communal harmony, said Principal Advisor Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus.

He said this in a message given on Friday (January 23) on the occasion of Saraswati Puja.

Extending his heartfelt greetings and congratulations to all the Hindu community, the Principal Advisor further said that for thousands of years, people of all religions, regardless of caste, religion and caste, have been living in harmony with mutual respect and harmony in this country.

He said, this country belongs to all of us. Bangladesh is a safe and peaceful abode for all people, regardless of religion or caste. According to Hinduism, Goddess Saraswati is the symbol of truth, justice and knowledge. She is the patroness of knowledge, speech and melody. She takes us from the darkness of ignorance to the path of light.

Dr. Yunus said, “On this holy occasion of Saraswati Puja, I hope that our education should not only be for our own betterment, but also for the betterment of society. May we help others with our knowledge, stand by the weak and build a beautiful society.”

He wished peace, welfare and prosperity to all citizens of Bangladesh, including Hindus, on this occasion.
