Mohammad Abdur Rahim Ripon, one of the members of the current Convening Committee of the District BNP, has been given a new responsibility as the member secretary of the Moulvibazar District BNP.

On Tuesday (December 31) afternoon, this matter was confirmed in a letter signed by Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, Senior Joint Secretary General of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party-BNP Central Executive Committee (Source No. – BNP / General / 77/328/2024) to the current convener of the District BNP, Faizul Karim Mayun. At the same time, three more new members were nominated and included in the current 32-member Convening Committee of the District BNP.

They are – Senior BNP leader Advocate Sunil Kumar Das, District Women’s Party leader Shyamoli Sutra Dhar and former Organizing Secretary of the District BNP Mujibur Rahman Majnu. With this, the number of members of the current convening committee of the district BNP has increased to 35. This order will be effective immediately. The letter was copied and informed to the Organizing Secretary of the Sylhet division of BNP, Alhaj GK Gaus, Joint Organizing Secretary Kalim Uddin Milon, Mifta Siddiqui, the new member secretary of the district BNP, Abdur Rahim Ripon, members of the convening committee, Ed Sunil Kumar Das, Smt. Shyamoli Sutra Dhar and Mujibur Rahman Majnu.
