It has been reported that two people were killed in the firing of miscreants in the area under Bayezid police station of Chittagong city.

The incident took place in front of Nahar Garden adjacent to Ananya residence of Bayezid police station in the city around 9 pm on Thursday.

Mohiuddin Suman, officer-in-charge of Hathajari Madunaghat investigation center, confirmed the matter.

The two deceased persons are the deceased Md. Osman Ali member of the house of West Quaish area of ​​Hathajari. Isaac’s son. Anis (38) and West Quaish (Billa Bari) area of ​​Shikarpur Union deceased Md. Rafiq Mia’s son Masood Qaishar (32).

In this regard, Acting Superintendent of Police of Chittagong District Wasim Feroze told the media workers that the deceased Masud and Anis were going towards Hathajari from Quaish Noor Mosque area of ​​Bayezid Police Station. At that time miscreants shot at them. Anis died on the spot. When Masud ran away, he reached Supari Para area of ​​Hathazari and died.

He also said that the Hathajari Bayezid Bostami police station at the scene said that the reason for the murder was being investigated. Efforts are on to find out who is involved in the incident.
