Niaz Morshed Raju, Chairman of Alinagar Union Parishad No. 6, Kamalganj, Moulvibazar and Jubo League leader, has been arrested.
On Monday (May 5) afternoon, the police arrested Niaz Morshed Raju from his house in Panishala area of Kamalganj.
Kamalganj Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Syed Iftekhar Hossain confirmed the arrest and said that they were arrested in connection with the attack on Chairman and Jubo League Leader Niaz Morshed Raju during the anti-discrimination student movement.
