Three people including a father and son died in a road accident in Chittagong’s Patia. Two officers and a driver of an insurance company were killed when they lost control and fell into a ditch on the Dhaka-Chittagong highway in Chandina, Comilla. Patia (Chittagong): A father and son and the autorickshaw driver carrying them were killed by a trolley on their way back to their home in the city after Mansa Puja. The accident took place on Saturday evening in Shantirhat area of ​​Chittagong-Cox’s Bazar highway.

The deceased were Litu Kumar Dhar, his father Shrikant Dhar and Ali Azgar, son of Abdul Quader of Ward No. 3, Lodihra area of ​​Jangalkhain Union of Upazila, an auto rickshaw driver.

Chandina (Comilla): A private car of Trust Islami Life Insurance Company lost control and fell into a ditch in front of Madhaiya Muktijoddha Smriti College of Chandina Upazila at 2 o’clock on Saturday. The private car hit a tree on the side of the road and overturned. Trust Islami Life Insurance Company official Muzammel Hossain, Shakhawat, private driver Hossain were killed in this accident. The driver’s wife was injured.

Daganbhuyan (Feni): Passenger Keshav Chandra Acharya was killed in a collision between a bus and an auto-rickshaw at Olal Mia, Dudhmukha, Daganbhuyan on Saturday afternoon. Three people including the driver were injured. The deceased Keshav Chandra Acharya is the son of Rajendra Kumar Acharya of Sundalpur in Kabirhat Upazila of Noakhali.

Sherpur: A motorcyclist named Moazzem Hossain was killed by a truck in Nalitabari. Two other riders named Shamim and Zahid were injured. The accident took place in the Nayanikanda bypass area of ​​Nalitabari town on Friday afternoon. The deceased Moazzem is the son of Chamatullah of Charjangaldi village of Sherpur Sadar Upazila. The injured are residents of Charjangaldi village.

Phulbari (Kurigram): An autorickshaw passenger college employee was killed in a collision between a motorcycle and an autorickshaw in Phulbari. The accident took place on Friday afternoon in Hararpar area of ​​Phulbari-Balarhat road. The motorcyclist was injured. The deceased Nazir Hossain is the son of Azahar Ali of Kabirmamud village of Upazila and a fourth class employee of Phulbari Women’s Degree College.
