The Jalalabad Police Station has recovered the body of a teenager from a drain in the Temukhi area of Sylhet metropolis. The deceased is estimated to be 15-16 years old.
The body of the teenager was recovered from a drain next to the road in front of the Sundar Ali Mosque in the Temukhi area on Saturday (February 1) morning.
It is learned that the locals saw the teenager’s body lying in the drain on Saturday morning and informed the police. Later, a team of police including SI Ahsan Ullah of Jalalabad Police Station reached the spot, recovered the body of the deceased and sent it to the Sylhet MAG Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy.
