Air Gun Recovered from Sylhet’s Kewachhara Tea Garden

Special Response Battalion (SRB)-9 has recovered an abandoned air gun from the Kewachhara Tea Garden, located under the jurisdiction of the Airport Police Station in Sylhet city.

SRB-9 reported that the air gun was recovered during a raid on the Kewachhara Tea Garden at 10:00 PM on Saturday (September 19), following a tip-off.

KM Shahidul Islam Sohag, Additional Superintendent of Police (Media Officer) for SRB-9, stated that the recovered air gun has been handed over to the Airport Police Station for further legal proceedings.

He added that SRB-9’s intelligence activities and operations would continue in order to maintain law and order in the country.
