Recently, some evil forces against the state have been spreading propaganda saying that they are spreading extremism in the country. Through this, this evil force is trying to deteriorate the law and order situation of the country.

This was stated in a press release sent by the media wing of the RAB headquarters on Wednesday.

RAB press release said, Bangladesh is a country of peace and harmony. Regardless of race-religion-caste-party, all the people of the country peacefully celebrate all the festivals and events. RAB is committed to identify criminal gangs involved in extremism and take strict legal action.

The Director General of RAB has ordered all battalions of RAB to take strict legal action against militancy, extremism and evil forces destroying communal harmony.

According to RAB, the agency has continued strict surveillance activities to ensure that the arrested militants are released on bail and do not get involved in militancy again. If someone released on bail gets involved in any crime or militancy without going back to normal life, RAB will arrest them and bring them under the law.

RAB will maintain a ‘zero tolerance’ position in the future as before in fighting militancy.
