A warranted accused has been arrested in a drive by the Srimangal Police Station in Moulvibazar.
On Thursday (January 2), a police team including Srimangal Police Station ASI Md. Nazmul Hossain conducted a drive and arrested Babul Tanti alias Babul Master, a fugitive accused under warrant CR 346/23 (Sri) from Hosnabad Tea Garden in the upazila.
The arrested Babul Tanti is the son of Mam Tanti of Hosnabad Tea Garden in the upazila.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Srimangal Police Station Md. Aminul Islam said that the arrested accused has been sent to jail through the Moulvibazar District Court.
