A case has been filed against former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the CMM court of Dhaka in connection with the death of the police.
The case came up in the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday (August 13). A businessman is said to have filed this case as a plaintiff.
The case was heard at noon in the court of Metropolitan Magistrate Rajesh Chowdhury.
According to court sources, apart from the former Prime Minister, former Bridges Minister and Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader, former Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal, former Inspector General of Police Abdullah Al Mamun, DMP Commissioner Habibur Rahman, former DB Chief Harun Or Rashid and DMP Joint Commissioner Biplab Kumar Sarkar are accused. done In addition, unidentified police officers or members of the police and senior officials of the then government have been named as defendants in the case.
This is the first case against Sheikh Hasina since her resignation as Prime Minister on August 5.
