Police arrested Tajul Islam Taj on Wednesday afternoon in a Cyber ​​Security Act case filed by SMP Shahparan (R) Police Station.

He was sent to jail through the court on Thursday (February 6) afternoon. The accused in this case, Habibur Rahman Asuk, Kamrul Islam Joni, Raihan Hossain Munna, Saidur Rahman and Abul Hossain, are still absconding. The remaining accused are on bail.

According to the case source, on March 11, 2022, the plaintiff’s sister Sheikh Nazma Begum and the plaintiff’s brother Abdus Samad, who lives in London, and another brother of the plaintiff, Md. Kamal Uddin, who is in Bangladesh, along with numerous relatives called the plaintiff and informed him that the accused Habibur Rahman Asuk had used his own Facebook ID and his pseudonym Facebook ID Jalant Barut.

On March 11, 2022, at 4:30 pm, he shared and posted obscene pictures of the plaintiff on his Facebook ID and asked everyone to share them.

In addition, Habibur Rahman Ashuk uploaded pictures of the plaintiff’s parents, siblings and the plaintiff on his Facebook ID and made various ugly comments and shared and posted them on various Facebook IDs. In this incident, Chalma Begum filed a case with Shahparan Police Station on March 30, 2022, accusing 9 people.

According to the case source, the case was recorded on the basis of evidence obtained during the investigation as Shahparan Police Station FIR No. 35/89, Shahparan GR 89/22 and Cyber ​​Case No. 23/24. A warrant was issued against the absconding accused on January 8.
