Now it seems that a conspiracy is going on in the house of trust: Zainul Abdin

Dhaka //

BNP Chairperson’s advisor Zainul Abdin Faruk said, ‘People trust the interim government, and will do more. But now it seems that a conspiracy is going on in the house of trust.’

Addressing the chief advisor, he said, ‘If you want to uphold the uprising of the students and the people, then immediately hand over power to the people’s representatives. A conspiracy more difficult than Moin-Fakhruddin has already started in the country. You have to stop this conspiracy. The people are ready to vote, they are just waiting for the date.’

The BNP leader said these things while speaking as the chief guest at a discussion meeting organized by the Bangladesh Samajik Sangstri Sangstri Sanstha at the Maulana Akram Khan Hall of the National Press Club on Wednesday.

He said, “To stop this conspiracy, it is necessary to bring all the protesting parties under the ambit of elections like in 1991, and elect parliamentary representatives on a day-to-day basis. If Moin-Fakhruddin forms a separate party, the people of the country will never accept it. Tarique Rahman has the power to stop the conspiracy before it is carried out.”

Zainul Abdin Faruk said, Sheikh Hasina had destroyed Bangladesh for 16 years. She knelt down to Hindustan to maintain power. And while protesting against all this, cases were filed against BNP. Today, democracy has been established in the country by ignoring those cases.

Zainul Abdin Faruk also said, “Even in 50 years, politicians have not been able to reform.” What is needed now is to bring all Awami syndicates under the law before Ramadan. If we cannot buy onions, muri, and green chillies at a fair price, then what is the use of shedding the blood of the infatuated?’

Other speakers at the meeting included BNP Chairperson’s Advisor Habibur Rahman Habib, BNP Joint Secretary General Abdus Salam Azad, Volunteer Affairs Secretary Mir Sarafat Ali Sapu, members Debashish Roy Madhu, Farida Yasmin, and others.
