The World Bank has assured that it will work with the government in the reconstruction of Bangladesh. In the interview, Asif Mahmood Sajeeb Bhuiyan, advisor to the Ministry of Youth and Sports, emphasized on the ecosystem of work and employment.
He said, it is necessary to fix the ecosystem in the professional sector, no youth should be unemployed, the government will work to eliminate unemployment from Bangladesh.

In the meeting, the country director of the organization, Abdullahi Sheikh, presented various visionary proposals of the World Bank for the reconstruction of the country with the current government. He said, the current young generation is indomitable. With proper care, they can be one of the manpower to build the nation.
He also mentioned various contemporary recommendations to make them skilled in the digital world.
Among other members of the World Bank present, digital development specialist Suparna Roy highlighted various aspects of digital jobs and digital security. The issue of digital employment of university students is also important in his discussion.
World Bank initiative to train youth and make them self-reliant – Project ‘EARN’. Rashed Al Zayed Josh, Senior Economist of the World Bank appointed in Dhaka mentioned that all youths should be covered by the training program according to their skills at the root level and make them economically self-reliant.
Above all, the World Bank has expressed its desire to work with the government with the aim of providing contemporary training for the youth, employment and enriching all areas of digital Bangladesh with the developed world.
