5th Fatepur UP BNP Ward 3 Branch Workers’ Rally

A workers’ rally of the 3rd ward branch of the 5th Fatepur Union BNP in Jaintapur Upazila of Sylhet was held.

On Wednesday (January 8), at 9 pm, at the Hemu Haudpara Auditorium in Haripur Bazar, under the chairmanship of Abdur Rob, President of the 3rd ward branch of the 5th Fatepur Union BNP and the management of former President of the Union Chhatra Dal, Md. Zakaria, the chief guest was Abdur Rashid, President of Jaintapur Upazila BNP and former Chairman of Fatepur Union Parishad.

The keynote speaker was Abdul Matin, former convener of Jaintapur Upazila BNP and former Chairman of Fatepur Union Parishad.

At this time, Sylhet District Jubo Dal Co-Organizing Advocate Nizam Uddin, 5th Fatepur Union BNP President Abdul Haque Member, Vice President Ali Haider Saymon, General Secretary Eng. Elias Ali, Organizing Secretary Abdul Hamid, Foreign and Labor Affairs Secretary Tariqul Islam, BNP leaders Helal Ahmed, Fakhrul Islam and others were present as special guests and spoke.

Also present were Upazila Jubo Dal Joint Convener Faizul Hasan, Upazila Chhatra Dal Joint Convener Jahangir Alam, Member Nadim Ahmed, Hazrat Shahjalal Rah. Degree College Chhatra Dal convener Shah Mohammad Kibria, 5th Fatepur Union Chhatra Dal president Md. Suyeb Ahmed, general secretary Jamal Ahmed, Union Sechchhasebakdal member secretary Jahangir Alam, 5th Fatepur Union BNP ward 3 branch general secretary Ilias Ali, organizing secretary Yakub Ali (Kuti), BNP leaders Shafiqur Rahman Shafiq, Fakhrul Islam, Pakhi Mia, Zuber Ahmed and others.

At the beginning of this workers’ rally, former Sylhet district BNP’s former joint sports affairs secretary Jaintapur Upazila BNP’s former organizing secretary and former president of Upazila Chhatra Dal, the late Faruk Ahmed, observed a two-minute silence in deep respect and remembrance.

At this time, the speakers called for working together to strengthen the hands of BNP’s acting chairperson Tarique Rahman.
